Possible facebook hacker!

Ok I am officially scared.

This morning I received a message on facebook entitled "Look at this!" I followed a link and stupidly entered my password into a login looking thing. After I did that I started getting messages from friends on facebook that were responding to a mass message my account sent. I got a little weirded out and then looked at someones profile where they said the same thing happened to them and they thought it was a hacker.

If there is a chance my account was hacked I didn't want anyone to have access to pics of my kids and my friends. I got rid of my account just to make sure. I can't take any chances when it comes to the safety of my kids. Please let all of your friends on facebook know about this problem.

DO NOT open any messages entitled "Look at this!" or follow any links called fbstarter.com and absolutely do not enter your password to your account into the supposed login it sends you to.

I am so sorry for any inconvenience I may have caused any of my friends. Believe me it was unintentional and caused by a lack of my usual caution. Thanks and let your friends know so that nobody else has to cancel their accounts!

Fun over Halloween

So I wanted to blog a little about some of the halloween activites the Horton family participated in. A little bit before halloween Sherri, Crissy and I all took the grandkids to a pumpkin patch for some fun.
There was a hay maze where Emily and Hannah played for a while. It was really cute trying to spot their heads over the little hay walls. Allyson had fun too running around trying to keep up with the big girls.

Ethan and Lillian were the passive ones but they had fun. Especially Ethan when he got to ride in the wagon with the pumpkins.

Emily pulled the girls in the cart and had fun being the oldest. Hannah wasn't good the whole time and had to sit in time out on one of the pumpkins.

Later on in the week Nate, Crissy, Ethan, Dan, I and the girls went to "Boo at the Zoo" at the Hogle Zoo. It was quite fun until the kids got tired. But they had fun watching the animals and playing gopher near the play area.

The kids were in their costumes and got to get candy from tables all around the zoo. Parking was a mess and there were tons of people there, but I would probably still do it again. It's a fun memory and was a great way to spend time with family.

Sledding and food

So I know I sent out an email about this, but just in case people aren't checking email and checking the blog instead I thought I would list the info on here as well. We are planning (weather permitting) to go sledding somewhere around Joseph and Amy's house on Saturday morning around 10:00am. There will be a potluck lunch afterwards at Curt and Susan's house. Bring something warm to share. Please come if you can and bring sleds if you have them. It would be really fun to get together and do something active.

Sorry another new blog

So I am so sorry I am dominating this forum as of lately. I just wanted to let you all know I put up a new blog with pics of some of the wedding cakes I've done. I thought it might be a nice place to send people to look at what cakes I have done and they can see if they want me to do their wedding cake.

I put it on the blog list on the family blog if anyone wants to check it out.

Christmas and Thanksgiving

So I was thinking about Christmas, yes already and was thinking that with the big thanksgiving sales coming up we should make lists and send them to whomever has our name. Nate and Crissy are you listening ;-). Same with Mike and Mary and even Cari. I think that the sales are going to be insane this time around because the retail market is suffering so much. So think about it this week people, if we know what you want/need, we just might get it for you. If we don't know what people want we will get you something that you maybe don't want or need but we just thought looked pretty.

Also, I was wondering what is going on for thanksgiving. My sister and I (hopefully) are going to run a 5k in Bountiful that morning. All are welcome to come. My family is having dinner at 5:00, so Cari if you want to have yours earlier then we can make it to both (don't worry we will pace ourselves so we don't explode).

Peace and love everyone.

Thanks Matt!

I didn't know Sherri had a blog. Thanks for posting it so that all of us can enjoy the funny stories about your sweet girls.

Hannah asks twice a week if Emily is coming over or if she is going to get to play with her. My daughter idolizes yours. It's pretty cute.
